Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to review your schedule, unwind and prepare for your treatment. Due to the vital timing of appointments, your service will be condensed should lateness be a concern.

To ensure that all guests can enjoy the peaceful sanctuary at Lifestyles Wellness Spa & Fitness Center Inc., we respectfully request that all guests keep noise to a minimum; cellular phones and electronic devices are discouraged. Lifestyles is an adult facility and available to men and women.

Special Considerations

Please advise us upon booking of any allergies, ailments, disabilities, high blood pressure, pregnancy or wheel chair access required. Consumption of alcohol before, during or directly after treatments is not recommended.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel or change your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Without this notification or failure to arrive for your scheduled service will result in a full charge of your scheduled treatment. Package or group reservations require 48 hours notice.
