We have a cardio area complete with Lifefitness treadmills and Precor ellipticals. We also have a stretching area. We also offer customized nutrition protocols that ends the need for perpetual dieting. We promote a healthy lifestyle, not fad dieting. We provide free unlimited coaching, nutritional assessments, and progress reports. Your membership begins with a free t-shirt and personal training session. Enjoy reverse osmosis water, private change rooms, private showers –no need to bring your shampoo, conditioner or body wash with you, we supply that for you along with hairdryers. We offer we offer personal training, towel services, supplements, energy and sport drinks, smoothies and bars.
